March 16, 2025 Jesus is Coming Back

Acts 1:9-11
9And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
10And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
11Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

I. The surety of His coming.Jn 14 3.
II. The suddenness of His coming.
1.as a thief in the night. 1Thessalonians 5.2 , 2. Like lightning. Matthew 24.27, 3. It will happen in a moment 1Corinthians 15.52,
III. The signs of His coming. A. 2Timothy 3.1-5, Luke 17.28 B. apostacy. 2Thessalonians 2.3
IV. The sadness of His coming. Matthew 7.13, 22-23

Today's sermon is a very elementary lesson, though fundamental. Thank you for watching, I would like to encourage you to study and compare scripture with scripture. There are no prophecy's left to be full filled for the rapture to occure. I realize Jesus also used the day's of Noah to describe the last days.

Failed to mention the two types in the Old testament, Enoch and Lot. Lot had to be removed before God Judged Sodom & Gomorrah....
The 'antichrist' will not be revealed untill the church has been removed. And the restraint of the Holy Spirit. 2Thessalonians 2:7,8.
The Book of Revelation gives great detail of the judgments God will bring upon the earth during the Great Tribulation, also called the Time of Jacob's trouble.
There are signs of certain things that are ready to happen, the eruption of the super volcano out west, the New Madrid Eartquake, ...etc.
The church will not be on the earth during this time. WE are in the church age of Revelation, chapters 1 -4 of The Book of Revelation covers this time. Begining with Revelation 5, the church no longer mentioned. Very much information throughout the Bible about the 2nd coming if Christ.
The terrible storms we are having now are not indicative we are in the age of of the great tribulation.
