Parenting Time Motion: High-Conflict Couple’s Custody BATTLE! (Classic Case!)

Today, we have 9 hearings, in a case with a couple where Mom is petitioning the court for visitation
after not seeing her child in years due to her alcoholism & homelessness from the break up of their
marriage. She says that despite being sober now, Dad refuses to let her see their son.


Dad is furious, & says mom is refusing to take responsibility for her actions including blaming the
demise of their marriage on him despite the fact that she was the one having an affair.


And, that’s just for starters.


Let’s see what the Commissioner thinks of this mess...
