Tom Hughes joins Emily Blunt in new western drama The English: 'It’s got real depth to it'

Actor Tom Hughes joined The Chris Evans Breakfast Show with Sky to talk about starring with Emily Blunt in six-part western drama, The English.

All episodes are available now on BBC iPlayer and episode two will be shown on BBC Two on Thursday at 9PM. Tom told Chris: “Hopefully it’s got all of those things that westerns have, that people have fallen in love with over the years. It’s grand, the landscape in it is a character, like westerns often demand, and therefore you get that grandeur of nature, and therefore everything is quite heightened, quite thrilling, hopefully.”
