Welcome to the second video in UK lockdown 3. I am very excited to bring you the blooming rose technique.
Celina Ryden featured this technique on her live video, for the P Plus launch on Light Elegance Facebook page (check it out), I also saw a design similar to this on Instagram and I wanted to try both techniques with P Plus, the new soak off gel formula by Light Elegance. I absolutely adore how much you can do with this product. You get the same glass like effects with this gel polish, but with the ability to soak it off, if you don't want hard gel and the filling, I know a lot of people don't.
