San Diego MTS Trolley Copper Light Rail Full Line Ride: El Cajon to Santee

Welcome to this video featuring a full line ride from El Cajon to Santee, onboard the newly formed Copper line! This line was implemented on originally green line tracks which ran between Santee and El Cajon, the green and orange lines were cut back in order to improve on-time performance, due to some slow areas in Santee where trains have to wait at traffic lights and for vehicle traffic. This is the shortest San Diego trolley line and acts more as a shuttle to reach the green and orange lines at their new El Cajon terminus. 5000 series Siemens trolleys have been operating on the line, which you see in this video!
