There has been significant public interest in the Bryan case, which involves a tragic incident during surgery where a liver was removed instead of the spleen, ultimately leading to Mr. Bryan’s death. We are now in the discovery phase of the lawsuit — the stage where both sides exchange information, including documents and sworn depositions.

Because this case is now in court, we must be careful about what we say to preserve the fairness of the trial and respect due process. We are committed to keeping the public informed while honoring the legal process and the rights of all parties involved.
