Omega is Level 90 and we need to deal alot of damage at once to create prism, i used Tonberry King to do that, the more damage you get the more damage his ability Everyone's Grudge will do so keep taking damage for 6-7 Wave Cannons and then do Everyone's Grudge it should be enough!
