The park of culture and rest in the Sovetsky district was opened in December 1974. It is located on the right bank of the Irtysh River in the town of Neftyanikov. This is the only park in the area. Its area is 36 hectares; leisure facilities and attractions are located on 5 hectares of territory. Most of the area is occupied by a forested area.
