Explaining the Comic Origins of the Obscure Characters Appearing in Superman

Superman is directed by James Gunn, someone renowned for his affinity for obscure comic book characters and making those characters less obscure, that really does not fit Superman, possibly the most famous superhero on earth, but of course, this is James Gunn, not even a Superman movie can prevent him from adapting some deep cuts. What I wanted to do is look at these lesser known characters and explain who they are. Their comic origins and histories, power sets, abilities, previous live action appearances and what their DCU appearance will look like.
