There are few key places where you absolutely need to collect 20/50 blocks. First corner on the right side. Then you may try to break two 50 blocks on the left side while it may cause you to loose 0.5-1s and it won't allow you to score later. On the outer right side you need to collect all 50 blocks (I missed one, btw) and then the crucial part: right after straight slow down and slowly follow the outer left side to break 50 blocks, then many 20 blocks and finally four 50 blocks - then accelerate and beat as many remaining blocks on the straight as you can.

I was fortunate enough to score 3005 with two 50 blocks missing and few 20 blocks missing. I decided not to retry it but believe 3200-3300 should be easy enough as well.

This was the only one remaining in Electric Pack DLC for me.
