잠깐 고개를 올려서 하늘만 봐도 마음이 안정될 때가 있잖아요,

Operation - Healing! 🎵
It was one of those summer days when my body and mind felt totally drained…
So I ran away to my favorite café and spent a precious little day healing myself 🤓💗

This video is a cozy mix of a healing vlog, café vlog, and daily college life vlog.
By the way! I also ask this in the video but—
How do YOU heal? 💭

These days, if we don’t intentionally slow down,
we end up missing every tiny moment of rest and peace.
Especially now, right before the semester ends… it feels even harder to breathe.

But you know those moments when you look up at the sky for just a second
and your heart suddenly feels lighter?
I really hope you get to enjoy those little pockets of healing too 🌹
