On this episode: more sweet stuff from the homeland! Try these Javanese crepes with caramelized coconut flakes!

Ingredients:
200 grams of dehydrated coconut flakes
150 grams of brown sugar
1/4 tsp. of salt
2 pandan leaves
250 grams of (sifted) flour
2 tbs. of corn starch
approx. 600-800 ml. of coconut milk
a pinch of salt
2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 tsp. of pandan extract
a pinch of red/green food coloring (or pandan extract for the green ones)
