What Alia Eats In a Day. This talented actress was 20 Kg overweight when she was about to began her journey in Bollywood. She never went for any shortcuts or any surgeries to look stunning and charismatic. She follows a strict diet and basic exercise routine. Her nutritionist reveals her all diet plans that Alia has been following for last 4 years. Let’s watch this out how she lost 20 Kg before debuting in “Student Of the year”
Breakfast :- Alia prefers her breakfast simple and homemade. She starts her day with lukewarm water with lemon and honey. It helps her detox her body at morning. After that she takes 1 or 2 glasses of fresh juices. Her breakfast varies from a bowl of poha, bread toast, cornflakes, fresh fruits, or a vegetable or an egg white sandwich. Alia loves fresh and healthy fruit juices that detox her skin and flushes the entire toxin out of the body. Sometimes she takes a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Mid Morning Breakfast :- Alia prefers a glass of fresh vegetable juice along with some fresh fruits or idli or a small bowl of Sambhar. For Alia, breakfast is very important to her as she always goes for heavy work out session after that.
Lunch :- Alia is now in Ketogenic diet. She maintains low-carb and high protein diet. Her daily food routine is incomplete without lots of fibrous foods like oats salads, roti, Greek yogurt and sprouts. For Lunch, Alia prefers a bowl of brown rice, daal, boiled vegetable without spices and curd. Shocking fact is this actress always carries her lunch box from her home which has eggs, fruits, oil free chicken, stir fried veggies and Lassi.
Evening munching :- This is not like that Alia always chews her salad or fruits, sometime she loves to have some light oiled fried veggies, for evening snacks, she eats Idli, fruits, sugar free coffee.
Dinner :- Like Lunch, Alia prefers a bowl of rice, daal, boiled vegetables of course without ghee or butter. She also eats one piece of chicken breast without any spice. After 2 hours of having dinner, Alia finishes her day with glass of warm milk. She also takes small quantity of desserts that contains about 160- 260 calories.
Fitness regime :- After her first small breakfast, Alia visits gym at least three to four times in a week to maintain her perfect body and curve. Her fitness regime is simple and consists of swimming, weighing, functional and circuit training, kick boxing and altitude training. For warm up, she prefers Running on the trade mill. After that, Alia follows some basic workout routines like Dumbbell raising, Push-ups, Lateral Pull-down, Bicep- curls, Triceps push down, Triceps push down, Crunches, Back extensions, Lunges and Squats. Alia repeats 15 to 20 repetitions and three sets of each exercise she does. She follows a strict cardio exercise almost every single day. Besides gym, Alia also practices Yoga for her body flexibility. She does some particular yoga postures in her everyday exercise. The names are – Ashtanga, Sirsasana, Vrikshasana and Trikonasana.
