Freespace: The Sixth Seal 2 - Descent Into Silence

This is the third mission of The Sixth Seal 2 campaign for the Freespace Port. It is April, 2335, just after the destruction of the Lucifer, and we portray a pilot recently inducted into the Imperial Guard of Parliamentary Vasudan Empire flying off the captured HLCa Eternity. The Security Directorate has ordered us to enter Ross 128 with a specific, highly classified mission that must not attract the attention of the GTI. We must scout the location of the derelict GTCa Adrastea, lost in this system before the outbreak of the Great War. It is believed the Adrastea carried vital information regarding the Shivans, as it was one of the ships that the renegades Scholar Atemnu and Dr. Hargrove used when they fled PVE and GTA forces with their research in 2334. We believe that before the loss of the vessel, the Adrastea's crew loaded this information onto the transport GTT Omega and set it to jump to a remote location of the system. We must clear Shivan presence from the wreck and scan the derelicts looking for any information that might lead to the Omega's jump vector.
