SIMPLE steps to BOOST your health:

Drink less alcohol

Drink 120 oz of water a day.

Also reduce the amount of sugary crap you're consuming. They are empty calories.

Reduce aspartame or artificial sweeteners.

Limit sugar consumption.

Don't consume saturated fat.

Eat a cleaner and leaner diet.

Boost the protein you're consuming. Protein will not spike your insulin.

Reduce starchy carbohydrates.

Eat more good fat. Good fat includes omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9. Avocados and nuts are amazing.

Feel your testicles. Roll them around when in the shower. If you notice something is wrong, go to a doctor. It's easier to treat something earlier.

Wear sunscreen.

Be aware of your skin. If you notice changes on your skin, visit a dermatologist and have them checked out.

Stop using plastic. Don't use plastic bottles, especially ones with BPA. BPA is an endocrine-disrupting chemical that can disrupt your endocrine system and testosterone.

Stop nicotine. If you're smoking, stop. Do not use nicotine in any form. It's a vasoconstrictor and can be tough to quit, but you can do it.

Sweat. Sweating can do amazing things to your body and brain. Detoxify, stimulate the brain's cognitive functions, and more.

Stay well-hydrated

Don't eat lunch meat. It has sulfites and other nastiness in it.

Eat out less. The less you eat out, the better. Food outside your home contains many sneaky, hidden calories and other bad things.

Eat at home. Preparing your food at home will be healthier and help you reduce your body fat.

Stick to a clean and healthy diet.

Reduce dairy consumption. Cut it out or significantly limit it to feel much better.

Saline rinse your sinuses. I do this twice daily. It flushes everything out and reduces the amount of allergens, pollen, and air pollutants in your sinus cavity.

Eat clean. The cleaner you eat, the better you'll be.

Avoid artificial sweeteners. The more I research them, the more I realize they're not good for us.

Constantly improve your diet -- aim for healthy and natural.

Eat a well-balanced diet

Consume more fibrous carbohydrates.

Consume lean proteins.

Consume Omega fats.

Avoid processed foods that will hurt you in the long run.

Gradually improve over time.

Stretch. Make sure you're flexible and limber.

Exercise daily.

Stay off social media as much as possible. The less time you look at your screen, the better you'll be. Screen time messes up your dopamine.

Get sunshine daily. It feels good and provides vitamin D for your overall health. It also regulates serotonin levels. You'll sleep better.

Get away from toxic people.

Surround yourself with people who are good for you and who love you. People who uplift you and make you feel good about yourself. You are amazing.

Have a positive outlook on life.

Take steps to feel better about yourself to boost your self-esteem and self-respect.
