Stuffing :
300g chicken breasts or thighs
100g mushrooms
1 potato
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp grated ginger
5g cilantro
¼ tsp and 1 pinch salt
Ground pepper
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
100g creme fraiche
Dough :
250g wheat flour
30cl water
20g butter
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Breadcrumbs:
2 eggs
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp milk
150g bread crumbs
Frying oil
