Skaya went on a hike in an urban forest! She spotted some squirrels, made some new dog friends… and even met a few raccoons! 😳

Skaya loves spending time outside and one of the places she likes to visit most is the woods. Located within the city, this urban forest is a bird and wildflower sanctuary where dogs are allowed to play and run off-leash (except during the nesting season, from April through June). Today, Skaya and I got to go hiking and explore all the wonders of this nature paradise! And I think it really let Skaya feel like she was letting her inner-wolf shine through.

While exploring, Skaya spotted a few squirrels, got a few treats, found an abandoned wood shelter, played with some new dog friends, and even spotted some very unexpected guests when we made our way back to the city area – raccoons! 🦝
