Romania leads Group E 🇷🇴 Fans and players celebrate in Frankfurt

Slovakia and Romania secured a draw that both teams knew would be enough to advance to the Euro 2024 knockout stages. Despite initial suspicions of collusion, both teams made a strong effort to play competitively.

The match was mostly played with a competitive spirit, with the exception of the final 10 minutes when the fear of losing seemed to affect the players. In those moments, the game slowed down significantly, with the ball often being taken to the corner to preserve the draw.

At the final whistle, there was joy and celebration, except for Ukraine, which was the unlucky team to be eliminated from Group E, despite all four teams finishing with the same number of points.
