This woman is a heavily distorted version of Jeanne, whose mind and identity are based on the Ruler version instead of the Avenger version. In exchange for her Alter state, she is much weaker than Ruler Jeanne and has less willpower. A Saint that accompanies her Master who wishes for hell.
