Ingredients:
2 1/2 kg Mutton
2 ltr water
30 Green Cardamoms
15 Cloves
12 Black Cardamoms
30 Whole black pepper
10 Cinnamon sticks
3 tbsp whole funnel seeds
1 tbsp dry Ginger powder
15-16 Garlic cloves
2 Pinch Kashmiri Saffron
1 cup Rice Flour
2 Medium size fried Onion
1 Glass of Milk
1 Cup of Oil
Salt
Ghee
