Need For Speed Payback: Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 2.8 | LV399 | Yes...It's Still OP

It's back, it's got its old kits, and it's still as OP as ever. Forget your Regera. This old Porsche is the best car in the game...again...

Back in NFS 2015, two cars ruled Ventura Bay: the Huracan for drift and the 911 Carrera RSR 2.8 for drag and basic racing. Here we are in Fortune Valley and history is basically repeating itself. This is the game's best car with the best handling, best acceleration, and best nitrous power out of all the cars in this game. Even with no downforce applied, the 911 remains planted and agile, with responsive brake drift, and little speed lost when drifting. With enough perks, the car can top out at 240 MPH and can go from a standstill to 191 MPH in 7 seconds on a full tank (full perked) of nitrous. Obviously the Regera has the upper hand on straights as its capable of reaching 270 MPH, but on circuits and lots of tracks, and until the M3 E30 (rumors swirling around), the 911 RSR is the best race spec car in this game.
