During his TCS Live Minnesota presentation, Project Hockey's Danny Heath offered several progressions to help improve decision making and emphasize keeping your head up. Inside edges on one foot. Outside edges. All with edges engaged and blades on the ice while players navigated through each other in the middle. It created movement and chaos, but the activity never lost its purpose. Heath wanted players to read, react, and absorb information naturally. It was a helpful combination of predetermined routes, but those routes contained a lot of moving players. Don't crash!
