In this video we have learned about control the motor speed using 555 timer IC. It is working become a oscillator ( frequency generator). If we control the frequency , we can able to control the motor speed. It is the one of the method to control the motor speed.

Software : Proteus 8 professional

components used :
1) 555 Timer/oscillator IC
2) 1k Resistor
3) 50k potentiometer
4) 1N4001 diode
5) 1N4007 diode
6) BD 139 transistor
7) DPDT switch
8) 12v dc Motor
9) 0.01uF and 0.1uF capacitors
