It's time to sweat! This quick and intense fat burning cardio workout at home with dumbbells is perfect to build lean muscles and burn fat. Only 8 minutes!!! Let's workout smarter, not harder! You got this!
You will need a pair of dumbbells. For your reference I am using 2 x 15lbs. I recommend using lighter weight if you're a beginner and work your way up from there.
Always warm up your body for at least 5 minutes before performing any exercise.
