Today I’m sharing a rich, creamy and super delicious Mutton Korma recipe. This korma is made with dry coconut, nuts, whole spices and a smooth onion-curd paste that gives it an amazing flavour and royal texture. Perfect for weekends, guests, festivals or special dinners!

🍽️ Ingredients Used

Dry coconut

Almonds

Cashews

Cumin seeds

Green cardamom

Bay leaf

Muskmelon seeds

Onions

Green chillies

Curd

Oil

Mutton

Ginger-garlic paste

Black pepper powder

Red chilli powder

Turmeric powder

Kasuri methi

Coriander leaves

Mint leaves

Lemon juice

Water

👩‍🍳 Method (Short Summary)

1. Roast dry coconut, nuts and spices.


2. Cook onions + green chillies until pink.


3. Grind roasted items + onions + curd into a smooth paste.


4. Cook mutton with spices, ginger-garlic, herbs.


5. Add the ground paste, water and pressure cook for 4 whistles.


6. Finish with lemon juice.

7. garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves
