Leucrottas, Fenrirs, and Hell Pigs: Entelodonts of Kaimere

Entelodonts were a group of omnivorous mammals related to hippos and whales that thrived on multiple continents for numerous epochs. Later species evolved a striking appearance with sloping backs, massive heads, and protruding cranial ornaments. In Kaimere, earlier less imposing species were introduced in the Oligocene and in the aftermath of the Dynastic Extinction became much more diverse in anatomy and ecology, especially on the vast eastern continent of Kairul.

Songs of the Inland Sea is the sequel to Tales of Kaimere! It is a nautical anthology, with all six short stories and novellas taking place in aquatic settings. There are heists on a ship, a desperate chase through a marsh, and a survival story from the perspective of a killer whale!
