I have been getting lots of requests for a tea review video, and since I drink 1-2 cups daily, I thought it was time! Shopping for tea can be really confusing, there's loose leaf versus bagged tea, organic versus conventional, flavored teas, herbal tea, and more. Basically it comes down to this, you really want to buy organic, other countries can spray tea leaves with chemicals that are banned here. Loose leaf tea is where it's at, that is the best quality, especially compared to the dust in a tea bag. Look out for flavored teas, most time they are using those sneaky natural flavors.
