You know you want to escape the crowds, so in this video we offer you three amazing, little known charming towns in Japan that are free from the crowds. These provide some of the most unique experiences in Japan We explore Mojiko, the amazing waterfront town that takes you back to the early 1920’s Japan. Then we visit Takayama, becoming known as “Little Kyoto” due to its many similarities of architecture and historic walking districts, yet without the suffocating crowds. Third is the quaint town of Obuse located just north of Nagano with its walker friendly alleys and streets lined with shops and restaurants.
