I love to get discounts on spells. It proves highly mana-efficient, and allows you to do much more than you would generally be able to, obviously. Keeping that in mind, I brought together all of my commander decks that allow me to cast spells for really cheap, or just straight up free of cost.

Imoti and Pantlaza are kind of curve-balls in this video, since they just allow for extra spells to be cast, free of cost nonetheless.
