Dodged a vomiting passenger at the local Asian grocery store

Lyft pickup at a local Asian grocery store. Guy and a girl. They get into my car and I believe they speak Chinese to each other, then the girl says the guy isn't feeling too well and I see him slumped over half outside my car.
I saw that the door was only halfway closed and I was worried he was going to vomit all over the door, so I get out just to open it for him a bit more and before I get to it, he gets up and says he's going to go to the bathroom and then come right back.
As you can tell from the video he doesn't get very far and ends up vomiting all over the sidewalk.
At that point I told the lady that I couldn't take her and that I was sorry and cancelled the ride.
3,500 rides and this is my second closest vomit.
