Dec.20 -- Guy Stear, head of fixed income research at Societe Generale, discusses the qualities that Andrew Bailey, current head of the Financial Conduct Authority, would bring as Bank of England Governor. The Financial Times reported on Thursday that Bailey will replace Mark Carney, who is due to step down Jan. 31. Stear also comments on the outlook for BOE policy, the U.K. economy and gilts in 2020. He speaks on "Bloomberg Daybreak: Europe."
