Follow along as John shows you how to replace the brake cylinder on a Honda ATV. He’s using a complete brake cylinder assembly to rebuild the brakes on our 2003 Honda Rancher 350, so he’ll start by disassembling the wheel and removing the brake drum. Then John will show you how to remove the brake shoes and then take off the old brake cylinders. Then, he’ll install the new Honda brake cylinder assemblies and use a sealant to protect the inside of the brake drum.

When you finish the job, be sure to bleed the brakes on your Honda Rancher. Here’s how:
