The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is a proud supporter of Ken Burns Presents CANCER: THE EMPEROR OF ALL MALADIES, a film by Barak Goodman. Based on Siddhartha Mukherjee’s 2010 Pulitzer Prize‐winning book, “The Emperor of All Maladies: A Biography of Cancer.”
LLS-funded research contributed to breakthroughs that helped tame some of the most lethal blood cancers. The three‐part, six‐hour documentary series will debut on PBS on March 30 2015.
