Walking in Moscow 4K | From Bolshoy Cherkassky Lane to Varvarka street

On today’s warm summer walk, we will stroll through the lanes not far from the Kremlin. We will start from Bolshoy Cherkassky Lane, passing the Ensemble of the Moscow Merchants’ Society houses, the Nosov Tenement House, the M.A. Alexandrov Tenement House, and the Arcos Joint-Stock Company Building. Then we will turn onto Ilyinka Street to see the I.G. Khrashchev – V.I. Vargin – Serpukhov City Society Tenement House, pass by the Ministry of Finance, and the Moscow Merchants’ House Embassy Compound. We will make a short stop at Exchange Square by the fountain, where the Joseph-Volokolamsk Compound Tenement House and the Trinity Compound Tenement House are located. Next, we will continue past Gostiny Dvor, then turn into Vetoshny Lane (where we will see the GUM showcase). Walking straight ahead, we will come out onto Nikolskaya Street, and then turn onto Bogoyavlensky Lane, where the Church of the Epiphany of the former Bogoyavlensky Monastery is located. We will exit onto Exchange Square from the other side and walk along Rybny Lane, which will lead us directly to Zaryadye Park. With a view of the park, we will end our walk.
