A 1988 film by Jim Ciletti on the Southern Mountain Ute's traditional Bear Dance. This film was produced by Jan Pettit and the Ute Pass Historical Society and was featured on the Pikes Peak Library District Channel.The Colorado State Historical Society awarded its highest prize, the Caroline Bancroft first prize to the documentary film Bear Dance, because all the narrators and performers are members of the Utes of Colorado.
