FLOATING ISLAND DESSERT

To make chocolate cups you need
red and white chocolate candy melts
To make the topping you need caramel popcorn

To make the filling - Floating Island Dessert you need
3cups milk
6tbl granulated sugar
1tsp vanilla bean paste
2egg yolks
2egg whites
4tbl corn starch
