What sprocket size is best for you? In this video I go over different BMX sprocket sizes and explain the differences between small and big sprocket and the impact they have on your riding! This covers three common sprocket sizes, 25t, 28t, and 31t. 25 tooth sprockets have been standard in the BMX world, but ill explain why i believe the 28 tooth sprocket is the best choice for the all around BMX rider.
