As a lifelong educator, author, and business school professor, I’m honored to share the powerful message I delivered at Clark Atlanta University’s 2025 Commencement. Drawing from my years of research in leadership, wealth, and success, I remind graduates that they are among the best and brightest their ancestors ever produced. No matter your background or the challenges you’ve faced, you are not defined by your circumstances, you are achievers, destined to lead, empower, and transform the world around you.

In my address, I share the story of the eagle raised among chickens, urging you not to limit your dreams or settle for less.
