Mould silicone ink has good fastness and 3D visual effect

Mould silicone ink XG-360W has good fastness and 3D visual effect. It is a transparent liquid silicone ink for garment,clothing,T-shirt moulding.It belongs to the high temperature vulcanization molding concave and convex shape,the color won’t fall off. It is suitable for varies of fabric.

The process of mould silicone ink screen printing:
1,Mix well with XG-360W mould silicone ink,10% XG-360WB mold silicone catalyst and 10% pigment,applied the well mixed silicone ink to the mould. Vacuum away the air within 30-60 seconds.
2,Clean the extra silicone with a squeegee,then clean the mould surface with a cloth.
3,Put it on the moulding machine, press it 18-26 seconds with adjusting the upper mould temp at 180℃
We can also use mould silicone ink for silicone moulding transfer.
1,Apply the silicone ink on the mold,cover the hot melt film and put on Teflon paper
.2,Press for about 56 seconds,upper mold temp 135 degree Lower mold Temp 85 degree.
3,Take away the extra silicone and cool it down on cooling table machine
4,Paste the silicone logo with a wrapping film paper.
5Heat press on the fabric by 15 seconds with temp 170 degree,press front and back
