My Grandma Belen or Avelina Rodrigo Libiran share her way how to cook this amazing Suman Antala or Suman Pasko

This are what we need

4 kilos glutinous rice
10 pcs matured coconut
4 liters luke warm water
2 tbspn salt

Banana leaves young and old

Chef note : take more young banana leaves than the old

and also if you want to cook small quantity just divide the ingredients into half or quarter
