In the model numbers mentioned above, the numeric value represents the maximum pouch width that can be run on a particular machine model. We have four different machines available for each model to cater to various packaging requirements:

Slide-based Multi-Track Machine: Suitable for packing powder or granules.
Valve Body-based Machine: Designed for packaging gel-based liquids.
Header-based Multi-Track Machine: Intended for packing materials with a density of 1.
To determine the number of tracks a machine can accommodate, you can use the following formula: Divide the double of your pouch width or open width by the model number. For instance, if you select our 600 model and your pouch width is 50mm, the calculation would be as follows: 600 / (50 * 2) = 6 tracks. We kindly request you to provide us with the necessary details regarding your pouch specifications to assist us in recommending the appropriate machine:

Pouch width and pouch length.
Material to be packed: powder, liquid, gel, or granules.
Sealing type: V-seal, butt type, plain, square knurling.
Number of changeovers required.
For our auger filler and slide-based models, please note that we have a limitation on the pouch width, but we can vary the pouch length. The maximum pouch length achievable in these models is 130mm. If your pouch width exceeds 130mm, kindly inform us in advance, as the machine height will need to be increased.
The minimum pouch width we can accommodate is 45mm.
The minimum vertical sealing area is 4mm, and the minimum horizontal sealing area is 3mm.
Your daily production requirement, as we have machines ranging from 40 ppm to 120 ppm. The speed of the machine can have a significant impact on the cost.
