The Binding of Isaac | Daily Run 10th Dec 2025 (First Place 🏆)

Goal: Lilith vs. ??? [Normal Difficulty]
Spiciest Stuff: Growth Hormones, Succubus, Parasitoid, Compass, Glass Eye, Rubber Cement, Lil Dumpy, Spider Bite
Transformations: Yes Mother (opportunity for Conjoined if you don't mind Freezer Baby's ice negatively affecting your score!)

Lil graces us with her first appearance of December.

A good build based around the Box of Friends, it's a shame there's no battery items for some extra charges.
Reasonable DMG and Tear Rate in this one, the DMG bumped up often by Succubus(es).
This one seemed noticeably low on keys a lot of the time 🤔

Had to really hurry to get to Boss Rush – something you really don't wanna miss with Lilith!
A decent crew here for duping with the Box of Friend spam, a standard Lilith Rush.

Womb XL gave us plenty of time to reach Hush.
A standard battle with some nice defence from two Farting Babies (a sentence that only a TBoI player would say 😆)

Health is quite low in this one. A Dark Bum spawned from Cambion Conception might've actually kept me in this.
Farting Baby and Ball of Bandages (w/Halo of Flies much later) provide some defence.

Another middling run, we seem to be on a streak of those.
