Right after CJ gets dumped in the alley, you may already start side missions such as Paramedic, Taxi Driver or Vigilante. In this video I attempt to beat the Vigilante Mission in the beginning of the game with zero weapon skills or health upgrades. Furthermore I limit myself to only using police bikes (HPV1000) and reaching level 15 instead of level 12.
