“Women still have to prove themselves in the printing industry because a lot of men still see us as “just a woman”. I have experiences first-hand that sometimes we have to work twice as hard as our male colleagues to prove our worth. But I also know that thanks to the differences that distinguish us, we can bring new value and demonstrate that we are a better version of what others believe.”
