I used Decoart metallics to creat cells and clouds. Live how the metallic paint grabs hold of the other paints and creates a sheen over them! Very thinned our paint. I was home to get some cells pop up in white on the edges but not today!
Floetrol and a little bit of Liquitex medium was used to create this piece. I hope you enjoy!
