WILD ROAD to PORMPURAAW - CAPE YORK

Pormpuraaw is a destination that many have not heard of, nor do many visit. So when we found out that our mates were living there, we saw it as the perfect opportunity to take the road less travelled and head out there to check it out.

There is something very special about visiting a place that you've never been to before. Plus if you know us.. we love heading into remote communities and destinations.

This drive ended up being full of adventure and experiences... especially for our 5 year old daughter Zuri. We love educating her from what we see and do, and this trip had a lot of that. From snakes, goannas, some unfortunate road kill and crocodiles... we sure did come face to face with a lot of wildlife.

We really have fallen in love with the Cape, and we've got much more to share with you in this wild, and beautiful area.
