There are 2x Magic Carpets in front of the Colors Restaurant at Tannenboden for the ski beginners. Officially they are numbered 62 BLUE - BLAU (Übungsland Tannenboden), but I would say they are VERY GREEN. Those are free of charge if you drive up to Tannenboden yourself. If you travel from Unterterzen, you don't need a skipass and can just buy a normal pedestrian ticket (or the "small ski ticket" if you want to go on the blue slopes). Here is also the meeting point for the Ski Schools. After you progress on the Magic Carpet, you can buy a "small ticket" for the T-Bars (Bügellifte, also located at Tannenboden) and the blue slope Nr. 20. You can use Lifts D+A+B2 with it and the ticket currently (2025) costs 42 CHF for adults, 27.50 CHF for youth 12-17yo and 21 CHF for children 6-11yo.
