Opened on February 8, 2014, Hotel Luna is built from the solid two-story structure constructed in 1882 by Don Jose Florentino as a wedding gift to his daughter Doña Carmen Florentino. In 1990 the house was sold to Benigno Que and acquired in 2013 by the Stern Real Estate Development Corp.
