Spreckels is a company town that was founded just before the turn of the 20th century. While many company towns get abandoned, demolished, or repurposed, Spreckels surprisingly has been able to keep its small town charm well over 100 years. I wanted to create a video to document Spreckels's past & present to help preserve its history. I hope you enjoy!
