When a Narcissist Is Nice...Beware!

There is only one reason a narcissist is nice and today I will discuss that one reason. Can a narcissist be nice? Yes, the narcissist can be nice. When a narcissist is nice, it is because it benefits them. How long can a narcissist be nice? That depends on many factors, to include how much narcissist supply they have left and whether they think they need to control you because they think they are losing control. Why narcissists are always angry actually goes along with why they are nice. The narcissist has an unstable sense of self and they can’t be angry and nice at the same time. It is one or the other. They like to live in the state of anger but sometimes they will be nice. Can you ever trust a narcissist? No. To trust the narcissist means you have let your guard down. The narcissist can’t be trusted because they will use and abuse you when it is most convenient for them. So, if you think “should I trust the narcissist this time” you know that by asking that question there is a reason you are doubting the narcissist. The narcissist accusing me of things I didnt do and the narcissist then being nice is a red flag you have to look out for. Ask yourself, what is the reason the narcissist is being nice? Do they need something from me? Are they low on narcissist supply? Some other reason? How long can a narcissist be nice for? No one knows but the narcissist. So, is a narcissist capable of being nice? Yes. They can be nice and they are capable of being nice. But it is nice from the perspective of the narcissist and not how others would think of someone being nice. Don’t be fooled and drawn into the game the narcissist is playing.
